Chocolate brownies


Ingredients

Chocolate Brownies

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr butter
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 a cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 to 1/2 a cup chopped nuts

Method

Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla together.

Soften butter and add to mix.

Add sifted, dry ingredients and nuts. Do not over mix.

Line a microwave dish and spread mixture evenly into it.

Microwave on high for 5-7 minutes, checking every minute after 5, removing as soon as the centre becomes dry to the touch. Leave in dish to cool.

Sprinkle with icing sugar and slice once cold.
