Peach salad


  • 6 peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 5 kiwifruits, peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint


    In a medium bowl, place peaches and kiwi, pour in orange juice, lemon juice and sugar.

    Toss to coat fruit.

    Garnish with mint; refrigerate for several hours prior to serving.
